Orange syrup - Monsieur Cocktail

This orange syrup is sour and slightly bitter, and will be the ideal companion for your Old Fashioned, margarita as well as beers and lemonades.

Beer : enhances blond, white and IPA beers
Wine : delicious in red and white margaritas or to pimp a white wine
No alcohol : great in lemonades or to give a twist to a sparkling water, iced tea, or kombucha
Cooking : in a vinaigrette, or in a marinage for meat, tartate or fish ceviche, beet salad, on ice cream, yogourt or chocolate
In a cocktail : Margarita, Whiskey Sour, Sidecar, Old Fashioned, Negroni, Cosmopolitan, Vodka Orange

1 oz of your favorite alcohol
0,5 oz orange syrup
2 oz sparling water

Ingredients : fresh orange juice, sugar, fresh lime juice, spring water, orange zest, citric acid.
