The temperature is adjustable from 6°C to 18°C thanks to electronic regulation controlled by a touchscreen LED display which also allows control of operating parameters. The wine cabinet is equipped with an Embraco Inverter compressor with R600a gas, 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, an internal air circulation fan, a 100% active carbon filter as well as a humidity cassette with clay beads, ensuring a stable environment suitable for wine aging. Visual and audible alarms indicate, among other things, temperature or humidity defects, sensor malfunctions, or the need to replace the active carbon filter.

The M model is equipped with 10 ACMS sliding shelves mounted on ball-bearing slides. Each shelf can hold up to 12 bottles and incorporates the exclusive Main du Sommelier (Sommelier's Hand) technology, which securely holds each bottle while limiting vibrations that could alter wine aging. The EuroCave Inspiration M 2-zone wine cabinet is a built-in and under-counter service cabinet designed to hold up to 51 bottles, i.e., 24 bottles of white wine and 27 bottles of red wine, depending on the standard configuration. Its two independently controlled temperature compartments allow for both white wine chilling and red wine chambrage within the same cabinet. The upper zone can be set from 6 to 11 °C, while the lower zone offers a range of 13 to 18 °C. The default set temperatures are 7 °C and 17 °C respectively.

The EuroCave Inspiration M 2-zone wine cabinet is a built-in and integrable serving cabinet designed to hold up to 51 bottles, i.e., 24 bottles of white wine and 27 bottles of red wine, depending on the reference configuration. Its two independently temperature-controlled compartments allow for a single cellar to combine an upper cooling zone adjustable from 6 to 11 °C and a lower chambré zone adjustable from 13 to 18 °C. The default set temperatures are 7 °C and 17 °C, respectively.
