Here are the details for processing and shipping your items:

DELIVERY OPTIONS IN CANADA

At checkout, you may choose between two standard delivery options:

1. Standard Delivery – No Signature (default)

Your package may be delivered to your door, mailbox, or another secure location deemed appropriate by the carrier, without requiring a signature.

2. Standard Delivery – Signature Required (additional fee)

Your package is delivered in person and released only upon signature.

This option provides added security by ensuring your order is delivered in your presence, reducing the risk of theft, loss, or misdelivery.

The additional fee for signature delivery is displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY TO CANADA:

  1. An automated email will confirm receipt of your order
  2. Order will be processed in 1-2 business days
  3. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number – if available
  4. Regular delivery time varies between 2 and 5 working days depending on the delivery area

We may be out of inventory for a purchased product. In this case, a revised shipping date will be offered by telephone or email. In the case of an extended, unsatisfactory delivery time or an item not available, the selection of a similar item or cancellation of the order will be possible.

Business days include 5 days Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. The delivery date may vary depending on the supplier, delivery location and number of products. An order for several products may be sent in several shipments and influence the delivery dates.

PICK UP IN STORE – MONTREAL AND QUEBEC:

  1. An automated email will confirm receipt of your order
  2. Order will be processed in 1-2 business days
  3. A confirmation will be sent to you by email when the order is ready for pickup

We may be out of inventory for a purchased product. In this case, a revised availability date will be offered by telephone or email. In the case of an extended, unsatisfactory delivery time or an item not available, the selection of a similar item or cancellation of the order will be possible.

 

CANADA SHIPPING RATES

PROVINCES: QUEBEC AND ONTARIO

Economical and standard no signature delivery for Quebec and Ontario except certain remote regions (see below)

  • Less than $100 before taxes -> Flat rate shipping of $15.00 CDN (plus taxes)
  • Over $100 before taxes and after discounts -> FREE*

Signature Required Option

Signature-required delivery includes an additional fee, which is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the carrier and destination.

CANADA EXCEPT THE PROVINCES OF QUEBEC AND ONTARIO

Economical and standard no signature delivery for Canada except the provinces of Quebec and Ontario except certain remote regions (see below)

  • Less than $100 before taxes -> Flat rate shipping of $25.00 CDN (plus taxes)
  • Over $100 before taxes and after discounts -> FREE*

Signature Required Option

Signature-required delivery includes an additional fee, which is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the carrier and destination.

* With the exception of cellars, wine cellar cooling units, wine racks or other oversized items or items weighing more than 10kg or for shipments to remote areas. Shipping costs are subject to change after purchase. Offer only applies to orders shipped to homes in Canada located in non-rural areas.

 Remote destinations and/or accessible only by plane

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping or offer flat rate shipping on orders to a remote or air-only location. You can place your order and we will estimate your delivery cost. Destinations accessible only by plane

Locations where mail must be delivered by air at least 6 months per year. Click here for the full list of zip codes not eligible for free shipping or shipping charges.

Remote destinations

Northern and remote regions are regions that are very far from major urban centers or that receive occasional postal service. See Table 9 for a list of all areas considered remote plus all postal codes beginning with X and Y


Temporary Suspension of Shipments to the United States

Due to the uncertainty surrounding current policies of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), we are temporarily suspending all shipments to the United States.

This measure, effective for an indefinite period of time, is intended to protect our customers from:

  • significant delays,

  • unpredictable duties and taxes,

  • and the increased risk of packages being refused or held at the border.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume shipments as soon as conditions become clearer and more stable as defined by U.S. authorities.

During this period, we will continue to fulfill deliveries within Canada and to other international destinations (excluding the United States) under our regular policies.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES (Except USA)

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is available, but additional fees and restrictions may apply.

All international orders are FINAL SALES. Recipients of international orders are responsible for import duties and taxes upon package arrival.

Orders shipped internationally will be charged for shipping after purchase. A manager will contact you to provide you with an accurate shipping quote, based on your location. The order will not be processed until these fees have been paid.

DELIVERY OF WINE COOLERS- METROPOLITAN MONTREAL AND METROPOLITAN QUEBEC FROM $110*

We offer a white glove delivery service.

The cellar is placed in the desired room and will be unpacked. Additionally, the outer packaging will be returned by the carrier.

What can change delivery costs?

1- The dimensions of your cellar

2- The location where the cellar is located, upstairs or in the basement of the residence.

3- The number of steps to enter your building, the number of stairs inside the building.

4- Using an elevator

For other regions of Quebec, we will confirm transport costs by contacting you by email or telephone. You can contact us before completing your purchase to obtain a price estimate.

*The delivery price indicated is for delivery to the ground floor of a small storeroom in the Greater Montreal area and Quebec metropolitan.

Please note that delivery fees may be subject to change depending on fluctuations in fuel costs. We reserve the right to adjust delivery pricing accordingly, without prior notice, in order to reflect these variations.
