Entirely made in France, the Transtherm Ermitage Prestige aging cellar has been designed to recreate the conditions of a natural cellar and ensure optimal long-term wine preservation.
Developed around the essential criteria for wine aging, it guarantees stable temperature, controlled humidity, homogeneous air circulation, protection against vibrations, and effective protection against UV rays. The temperature is maintained thanks to dual hot/cold regulation with an automatic winter function, while humidity is ensured by the principle of the thermodynamic pump, which also contributes to air circulation inside the cellar. The slow-cycle compressor mounted on silent blocks reduces vibrations likely to alter the evolution of bottles and contributes to a particularly quiet operation of 37 dB.

The new generation Full Glass door uses reinforced double glazing with Argon gas, offering improved insulation while ensuring protection against UV rays with up to 97% filtration. This design also helps limit energy consumption. The cellar also benefits from low consumption thanks to its insulation incorporating 59 mm of PU foam.
A layout designed for wine enthusiasts
The Ermitage Prestige is equipped with 14 sliding shelves and a lower storage grid. Its storage system allows for stacking or sliding use to adapt to different bottle formats. It also features a lighting system offering three options: permanent light, illumination when the door is opened, or complete shutdown. A removable black stainless steel handle, an integrated lock, a reversible door, and a digital display of the internal temperature complete this set designed for wine preservation and aging.
