Its temperature is adjustable from 5 to 20 °C and controlled via a tactile LED screen. Its 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, internal air circulation fan, and Embraco Inverter compressor operating with R600a gas contribute to maintaining conditions suitable for wine preservation. The 100% active charcoal filter helps renew the air, while the humidity cassette with clay beads helps control hygrometry.

A Full Glass door to protect and showcase the collection

The frameless Full Glass door is made of double insulated glazing with argon gas and anti-UV treatment to protect bottles from light. It is reversible and equipped with a lock. The amber LED lighting highlights the collection.

The EuroCave Professional Wine Bar 2.0 is designed to keep 2 opened bottles at serving temperature while preserving their wine for up to 10 days thanks to an exclusive vacuum system, depending on the wine and its vintage. The bottles benefit from individual vacuum drawing heads and an alert indicator signalling a possible vacuum defect.

Two temperatures for serving white and red wines

Its 2 independent compartments have preset temperatures of 8 °C for white wines and 16 °C for red wines. Each of the two compartments can accommodate either a white or red wine, allowing for two whites, two reds, or one of each to be served.

Customisable bottle display

The Full Glass door with lock allows the two bottles to be showcased. The interior multi-colour RGB LED lighting offers approximately 50 adjustable shades using a remote control, to adapt the wine staging to the establishment's ambience.

The EuroCave Compact wine cabinet is a single temperature zone maturing cabinet, designed to provide the necessary conditions for wine preservation and maturation while meeting the integration constraints of a kitchen. Its temperature is adjustable from 5 to 20 °C in a single zone. 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, a fan ensuring internal air circulation, and an Embraco Inverter compressor running on R600a gas contribute to maintaining preservation conditions. The Sommelier's Hand supports, in turn, help isolate bottles from vibrations.
