The EuroCave Révélation L wine cellar is a large format aging cellar designed to hold up to 182 bottles. The Révélation collection combines EuroCave preservation technologies with a new generation interior layout, designed to offer greater ergonomics, fluidity and ease of use.
Controlled conditions for wine aging
Its single zone offers a temperature adjustable from 5 to 20 °C. Its 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, its internal air circulation fan and its Embraco Inverter compressor operating with R600a gas contribute to maintaining conditions suitable for wine preservation. The constant air renewal and the 100% active carbon filter contribute to the quality of the internal environment, while the humidity cassette with clay beads helps to control humidity.
Precise and intuitive control
The touchscreen LED display facilitates control of the cellar. Alarms signal a probe, temperature, or humidity problem, an open door, and the need to replace the carbon filter after 365 days. The amber LED lighting highlights the collection.
14 new generation sliding shelves
The Révélation L is equipped with 14 ACMS2B sliding shelves on ball-bearing runners. The Sommelier's Hand supports hug the bottles and insulate them from vibrations, while the removable cradles allow their positioning to be adapted. Each shelf can hold up to 12 bottles without cradles or 10 bottles with cradles, with a presentation option directly integrated into the ACMS2B.
Two door finishes
The Full Glass version is equipped with a frameless double-glazed glass door with argon gas and anti-UV treatment, allowing the bottles to be showcased while protecting them from light. The Black Piano version benefits from a solid door that promotes darkness. Both doors are reversible and equipped with a lock.
