The EuroCave La Première L 192-bottle wine cabinet incorporates the essential technologies developed by EuroCave to recreate the conditions of a natural cellar. Designed for large collections, it provides a stable environment that promotes wine aging while ensuring optimal long-term storage. Available with a solid door or a double-pane insulated glass door (argon gas) with UV protection, it features a reversible door with a lock to easily adapt to your space. A multi-temperature version is also available to meet other storage and serving needs.
Technologies designed to preserve your bottles
The temperature is adjustable from 6°C to 18°C thanks to electronic regulation controlled by a touch LED screen which also allows control of operating parameters. The cellar is equipped with an Embraco Inverter compressor with R600a gas, 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, an internal air circulation fan, a 100% active carbon filter, and a humidity cassette with clay beads, ensuring a stable environment suitable for wine aging. Visual and audible alarms indicate temperature, humidity, probe faults, or when the activated carbon filter needs replacing.
Storage designed to protect each bottle
The L model is available with two storage configurations. The first includes 14 ACMS sliding shelves mounted on ball-bearing runners, each capable of holding up to 12 bottles and incorporating the exclusive Sommelier's Hand technology, which securely holds each bottle while limiting vibrations. The second combines 8 ACMS sliding shelves and 3 AXUH storage shelves, offering optimized storage capacity for large collections. The cellar also includes cool white LED lighting, adjustable front feet, a condensation collection tray, and a keyring provided with the accessories.
