Le Rustique du Yunnan Thea Placida is a non-alcoholic beverage crafted from a Menghai Sheng Tai pu'er tea, grown at 800 meters of altitude in the forests of Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, a region recognized as the ancestral birthplace of tea.

Its deep, velvety aromatic profile reveals notes of damp earth, aged wood, and incense, followed by a rich palate evoking dried figs, golden honey, and ripe cherry. Its finish is long and persistent, marked by a pleasant woody freshness.

Designed to accompany meals, it offers a round and enveloping texture that gradually develops in the mouth. Made in Canada and containing less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, it is ideally enjoyed between 13 and 16 °C.
