Thea Placida's Mucha Tie Guan Yin is a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage made from a partially oxidized oolong tea, cultivated in the hills of Muzha, Taipei, using expertise passed down since 1875. Slowly roasted for several days in a traditional oven, this tea develops a rich aromatic complexity and a beautiful depth.

Its profile reveals a nose with notes of raw cocoa, mandarin, and toasted notes. On the palate, flavors of mango, apricot, caramel, honey, and brioche are expressed with balance. The finish is long, warm, and persistent, supported by lively effervescence and a pleasant toasted base.

Made in Canada and containing less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, it is designed to accompany meals and is ideally served between 8 and 12 °C. It pairs particularly well with seafood, white meats, and pressed cheeses.
