The Oxygen range recreates an environment suitable for bottle aging by controlling temperature, humidity, air, vibrations, and light.
Controlled conditions to preserve your wines
Featuring a single temperature zone, the wine cellar ensures a stable, precise, and homogeneous temperature thanks to its insulation, control technology, and aluminum interior walls. Its electronic regulation allows for adjustment from 9°C to 15°C, with a single temperature throughout the entire cellar. The electronic display shows the temperature, while visual alarms indicate any sensor, temperature, or humidity faults.
Humidity levels between 65% and 80% are maintained by the cellar's structure, cooling system, and air renewal. Air circulation relies on a natural ventilation system. The structure also helps limit vibrations: the slow-cycle compressor is mounted on silent blocks, and the evaporator is integrated into high-density polyurethane foam. The automatic winter function completes the regulation system. A glass door to protect and showcase your collection
The black-framed glass door features an integrated handle and double-glazed argon-filled glass, designed to filter up to 97% of UV rays. It is reversible and equipped with a lock. The cellar also has 2 adjustable feet and a label board for easy bottle identification.
Universal and modular shelves
With a maximum capacity of 182 bottles, the cellar includes 3 universal beech wood shelves, used in storage mode in its standard configuration. However, their design allows them to be transformed as needed into storage, sliding, or presentation mode. They are suitable for various bottle formats, including Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne. The raw beech wood is odorless, and each shelf can support up to 90 kg.
