The EuroCave Compact 38-bottle cellar is a single-temperature zone aging cabinet, specially adapted for integration into a kitchen. Its compact size allows it to be installed under a countertop, either built-in or freestanding.
Controlled conditions for wine aging
Its temperature is adjustable from 5 to 20 °C and controlled via a tactile LED screen. Its 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, internal air circulation fan, and Embraco Inverter compressor operating with R600a gas contribute to maintaining conditions suitable for wine preservation. The 100% active charcoal filter helps renew the air, while the humidity cassette with clay beads helps control hygrometry.
A Full Glass door to protect and showcase the collection
The frameless Full Glass door is made of double insulated glazing with argon gas and anti-UV treatment to protect bottles from light. It is reversible and equipped with a lock. The amber LED lighting highlights the collection.
4 sliding shelves for easy access to bottles
This configuration holds up to 38 bottles and includes 4 ACMSCV2 sliding shelves on ball-bearing runners, with a maximum capacity of 8 bottles each. The Main du Sommelier supports cradle bottles and isolate them from vibrations. An additional maximum capacity of 6 bottles at the bottom of the cellar completes the setup.
