Unit price perThe EuroCave La Première M aging wine cabinet for 141 bottles brings together the essential technologies developed by EuroCave to recreate the conditions of a natural cellar. Its intermediate format offers an excellent balance between storage capacity and space, allowing a significant collection to be kept in a perfectly controlled environment. Available with a solid door or a double-paned (argon gas) UV-treated glass door, it is equipped with a reversible door with a lock to easily adapt to your space.
Technologies designed to preserve your bottles
The temperature is adjustable from 6°C to 18°C thanks to electronic regulation controlled by a touchscreen LED display which also allows control of operating parameters. The wine cabinet is equipped with an Embraco Inverter compressor with R600a gas, 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, an internal air circulation fan, a 100% active carbon filter as well as a humidity cassette with clay beads, ensuring a stable environment suitable for wine aging. Visual and audible alarms indicate, among other things, temperature or humidity defects, sensor malfunctions, or the need to replace the active carbon filter.
Storage designed to protect each bottle
The M model is equipped with 10 ACMS sliding shelves mounted on ball-bearing slides. Each shelf can hold up to 12 bottles and incorporates the exclusive Main du Sommelier (Sommelier's Hand) technology, which securely holds each bottle while limiting vibrations that could alter wine aging. The bottom shelf can accommodate up to 14 bottles to optimize the cabinet's total capacity. The wine cabinet also includes cold white LED lighting, adjustable front feet, a condensation collection tray as well as a key ring provided with the accessories.
