Entirely manufactured in France, the Transtherm Castel Prestige wine cabinet has been designed to ensure both the aging, chambrage (bringing to room temperature), and cooling of wines thanks to its 3 distinct temperature zones. The central section is dedicated to aging bottles, while the upper and lower compartments allow red and white wines to be stored at their optimal serving temperature. Temperature stability is ensured by a dual hot/cold regulation system, while humidity is optimized using the thermodynamic pump principle, which also contributes to homogeneous air circulation inside the cabinet.

Transtherm wine cabinets have been developed around the essential criteria for proper wine preservation: thermal stability, controlled humidity, air circulation, and absence of vibration. The EuroCave Professional Wine Bar 2.0 is designed to keep 2 opened bottles at serving temperature while preserving their wine for up to 10 days thanks to an exclusive vacuum system, depending on the wine and its vintage. The bottles benefit from individual vacuum drawing heads and an alert indicator signalling a possible vacuum defect.
Two temperatures for serving white and red wines
Its 2 independent compartments have preset temperatures of 8 °C for white wines and 16 °C for red wines. Each of the two compartments can accommodate either a white or red wine, allowing for two whites, two reds, or one of each to be served.
Customisable bottle display
The Full Glass door with lock allows the two bottles to be showcased. The interior multi-colour RGB LED lighting offers approximately 50 adjustable shades using a remote control, to adapt the wine staging to the establishment's ambience.
A compact and modular system
The Wine Bar 2.0 can be built-in subject to compliance with installation conditions. Several units can also be installed side-by-side to increase the number of wines offered by the glass. EuroCave diagrams explicitly provide for the building-in of a single unit or two WB 2.0 units side-by-side.
