A professional solution for wine by the glass service
The EuroCave Professional Wine Bar 8.0 is designed to store and serve wines at their ideal temperature while preserving opened bottles thanks to individual vacuum pump heads. It can simultaneously accommodate 8 bottles in service and 6 bottles in reserve, for a total capacity of 14 bottles.
Two temperatures adapted to white and red wines
Its 2 independent compartments allow the temperature to be set from 6 to 15°C for white wines and from 12 to 18°C for red wines, with a global electronic regulation from 6 to 18°C. Each compartment can, however, accommodate white or red wines interchangeably. The temperatures of the two compartments are displayed inside the appliance.
Preserving each opened bottle individually
The individual vacuum pump heads preserve opened bottles, while an alert indicator signals any vacuum defect. Two trays accessible from the front collect excess condensation. The system operates without consumables, making it a particularly suitable solution for professional wine by the glass service.
A true showcase for bottles
The Full Glass doors with anti-UV protection highlight the wines while protecting them from light. The multi-color RGB LED interior lighting, adjustable to approximately 50 shades using a remote control, allows the ambiance to be adapted to the environment. A top tray made of black tempered glass completes its design.

Entirely made in France, the Transtherm Ermitage Prestige aging cellar has been designed to recreate the conditions of a natural cellar and ensure optimal long-term wine preservation.
Developed around the essential criteria for wine aging, it guarantees stable temperature, controlled humidity, homogeneous air circulation, protection against vibrations, and effective protection against UV rays. The temperature is maintained thanks to dual hot/cold regulation with an automatic winter function, while humidity is ensured by the principle of the thermodynamic pump, which also contributes to air circulation inside the cellar. The slow-cycle compressor mounted on silent blocks reduces vibrations likely to alter the evolution of bottles and contributes to a particularly quiet operation of 37 dB.
Technologies designed to protect your collection
The new generation Full Glass door uses reinforced double glazing with Argon gas, offering improved insulation while ensuring protection against UV rays with up to 97% filtration. This design also helps limit energy consumption. The cellar also benefits from low consumption thanks to its insulation incorporating 59 mm of PU foam.
