Hot Pepper Bitters – Dillon’s

Made using peppers from our own gardens; hot banana, scotch bonnet, super chili & cherry bomb. Combined with the fragrant and spicy aroma of red peppercorns and long pepper plus the tartness of lemon give the perfect complement to a Caesar or Bloody Mary or the perfect amount of spice and background heat to some fruit-based cocktail.

Set in Prince Edward County, Ontario, Dillon’s takes pride in handcrafting products using copper pot stills and fresh local ingredients without artificial flavours or colours. Dillon’s strives to make new spirits from old ideas and to do so with unparalleled quality, one small batch at a time.
