The EuroCave Compact wine cabinet is a single temperature zone maturing cabinet, designed to provide the necessary conditions for wine preservation and maturation while meeting the integration constraints of a kitchen. Built-in or free-standing, it is available with a Full Glass door or a solid technical door depending on the chosen configuration.
Controlled temperature for maturation
Its temperature is adjustable from 5 to 20 °C in a single zone. 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, a fan ensuring internal air circulation, and an Embraco Inverter compressor running on R600a gas contribute to maintaining preservation conditions. The Sommelier's Hand supports, in turn, help isolate bottles from vibrations.
Constant air renewal helps prevent mold growth, while the humidity cassette with clay beads helps control hygrometry. A 100% active carbon filter completes the system.
Precise control and complete equipment
The wine cabinet features a tactile LED screen and alarms signaling a probe, temperature, or humidity fault, an open door, or the need to replace the carbon filter. Its amber LED lighting highlights the bottles, while the reversible door and lock facilitate its integration and secure the collection.
Three configurations available
The 13 sliding shelves configuration with Full Glass door accommodates up to 110 bottles. Its frameless glass door consists of double glazing with argon gas and anti-UV treatment.
The Premium configuration prioritizes the presentation of the collection with 11 sliding shelves and 1 presentation shelf, for a maximum capacity of 96 bottles. It also benefits from the Full Glass door with double glazing with argon gas and anti-UV treatment.
Finally, the technical door configuration offers a maximum capacity of 110 bottles with 13 sliding shelves. Its integrated solid door is designed to receive a finish and a handle, not included, to facilitate its integration into kitchen furniture.
