$110.00
Unit price perThis box contains a Le Thiers® cheese knife, entirely made in France. This cheese knife has holes on the blade and two spikes at the end of the blade: the holes prevent the cheese from sticking to the knife, especially for soft cheese knives, and the two spikes make it easier to serve hard cheeses. The handle is made of natural mother-of-pearl and the blade of stainless steel.

The Thiers® cheese knife is named after the town in which it is made. The shape of this knife, which belongs to the “Couté de Tié” brotherhood, complies with very specific rules: all the knife’s individual parts and all the stages of manufacturing the knife must be carried out in the Thiernois cutlery basin.
All knives, manufactured by Claude Dozorme, are 100% made in France in the workshops of the Master Cutler since 1902. All manufacturing stages are integrated in-house, which guarantees artisanal knives, of very high quality, 100% French. For more than 100 years, Claude Dozorme has been manufacturing his knives in pure respect of the cutlery tradition.
This Claude Dozorme oyster set is a must-have for big events where oysters are on the menu. The set includes a solid support to hold the oyster, an oyster knife, a lemon squeezer for the lemon juice. The Laguiole oyster knife has a pointed blade made of 50Cr15MoV steel. It is very robust and stainless. Ideal for a knife that will undergo a lot of pressure on the sides. The olive wood handle is in a typical Laguiole style.
