This box contains a Le Thiers® cheese knife, entirely made in France. This cheese knife has holes on the blade and two spikes at the end of the blade: the holes prevent the cheese from sticking to the knife, especially for soft cheese knives, and the two spikes make it easier to serve hard cheeses. The Thiers® cheese knife is named after the town in which it is made. The shape of this knife, which belongs to the “Couté de Tié” brotherhood, complies with very specific rules: all the knife’s individual parts and all the stages of manufacturing the knife must be carried out in the Thiernois cutlery basin.

All knives, manufactured by Claude Dozorme, are 100% made in France in the workshops of the Master Cutler since 1902.
