Portland Pony
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6-8 dashes The Bitter Housewife Lime-Coriander bitters
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Wedge of lime

Combine vodka and bitters in a collins glass. Add ice, top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with a squeeze of lime and enjoy!
