The EuroCave Pure M wine maturing cabinet combines the latest wine preservation technologies with a sleek, contemporary design made to seamlessly blend into modern interiors. As an intermediate model in the Pure Series, it offers an excellent balance between storage capacity and size, making it an ideal solution for enthusiasts who want to mature their collection under optimal conditions. Available with a Full Glass door or a Black Piano solid door, it is equipped with a reversible door with a lock to easily adapt to your space.

EuroCave technology at the service of your wines

Designed to recreate the conditions of a natural cellar, the Pure M benefits from electronic regulation with an adjustable temperature range from 5°C to 20°C. Its touch LED screen allows you to display and set the temperature and humidity level, while several alarms monitor the main operating parameters, including open door, temperature, probe, active charcoal filter, and humidity threshold. Its Embraco Inverter compressor with R600a gas, combined with 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, an air circulation fan, a 100% active charcoal filter with a replacement counter, a humidity cassette, automatic defrosting, and a condensate collection tray, helps maintain a stable environment, ideal for wine maturing.

Storage designed to preserve every bottle

The Pure M is available with different storage configurations, including, depending on the version, ACMS sliding shelves or a Presentation configuration. All benefit from the exclusive Main du Sommelier (Sommelier's Hand) technology, designed to securely hold each bottle while limiting vibrations. The sliding shelves rest on ball-bearing runners ensuring smooth handling, while their modular design allows them to adapt to different bottle formats. The cabinet is also equipped with amber LED lighting offering three operating modes (permanent, upon door opening, or deactivated), an on/off button, adjustable feet at the front, and an integrated lock. An optional ambient light guide is also offered when ordering.

A wine cellar designed for wine aging

The ArteVino Oxygen 182-bottle wine cellar is an aging cellar designed to provide the essential conditions for preserving your wines. As a brand of the EuroCave group, ArteVino leverages its expertise in wine preservation and service to design wine cellars made in France, in Fourmies, combining performance, quality, and modern design. The Oxygen range recreates an environment suitable for bottle aging by controlling temperature, humidity, air, vibrations, and light.

Controlled conditions to preserve your wines

Featuring a single temperature zone, the wine cellar ensures a stable, precise, and homogeneous temperature thanks to its insulation, control technology, and aluminum interior walls. Its electronic regulation allows for adjustment from 9°C to 15°C, with a single temperature throughout the entire cellar. The electronic display shows the temperature, while visual alarms indicate any sensor, temperature, or humidity faults.

Humidity levels between 65% and 80% are maintained by the cellar's structure, cooling system, and air renewal. Air circulation relies on a natural ventilation system. The structure also helps limit vibrations: the slow-cycle compressor is mounted on silent blocks, and the evaporator is integrated into high-density polyurethane foam. The automatic winter function completes the regulation system. ArteVino documentation confirms that the Oxygen range is designed around essential aging criteria: stable and controlled temperature, controlled humidity, air renewal, UV protection, and absence of vibrations.

A glass door to protect and showcase your collection

The black-framed glass door features an integrated handle and double-glazed argon-filled glass, designed to filter up to 97% of UV rays. It is reversible and equipped with a lock. The cellar also has 2 adjustable feet and a label board for easy bottle identification.

Universal and modular shelves

With a maximum capacity of 182 bottles, the cellar includes 3 universal beech wood shelves, used in storage mode in its standard configuration. However, their design allows them to be transformed as needed into storage, sliding, or presentation mode. They are suitable for various bottle formats, including Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne. The raw beech wood is odorless, and each shelf can support up to 90 kg.
