Prosyro apricot syrup is a unique, hard-to-find flavor concentrate that blends fresh, ripe stone fruit with the depth and body of dried, cooked apricots, nectarines and peaches. It's a great substitute for simple syrup in citrus-based cocktails such as sours and fizzes, or for preparing a classic bellini. Apricots go very well with tropical fruits and warm spices, making them an excellent ingredient for rum-based tiki cocktails.
