Ideal conditions for wine aging
Entirely made in France, the Transtherm Ermitage Prestige aging cellar brings together the best of technological innovations developed by the brand to offer optimal preservation and aging conditions for both amateur and professional wine lovers.
Designed to replicate the conditions of a natural cellar, this cellar was developed around the essential criteria for the proper evolution of bottles: temperature stability, humidity control, air circulation, vibration protection and UV protection. Thanks to its dual hot/cold regulation and automatic winter function, the temperature remains stable throughout the year, while humidity is optimized by the principle of the thermodynamic pump, which also ensures homogeneous air circulation inside the cellar. The slow-cycle compressor mounted on silent blocks effectively reduces vibrations that can affect wine aging and contributes to a particularly quiet operation of only 37 decibels.
Technologies designed to protect your collection
The new generation glass door uses reinforced double glazing with Argon gas, offering improved insulation while ensuring effective protection against UV rays with up to 97% UV filtration. This design also helps limit the risk of condensation and reduce energy consumption. The reinforced insulation of the cellar promotes excellent stability of preservation conditions while limiting energy expenses.
Designed to accommodate a large collection of bottles, the Ermitage Prestige offers a capacity of 182 bottles in its configuration equipped with 14 sliding shelves and also allows for stacking or sliding storage as needed. Its three-mode lighting system (permanent, when the door is opened, or deactivated), its reversible door, its removable stainless steel handle, its integrated lock, and its digital temperature display complete a system designed to combine performance, flexibility, and ease of use.
