A fully modular display

With a maximum capacity of 180 bottles, the double ShowCave is equipped with 60 stainless steel rods with Sommelier's Hand supports. Its design allows bottles to be stored horizontally in a "lying" position or tilted in a "display" position, offering the possibility of creating a personalized staging of the collection. Each row can accommodate up to 6 bottles. Straight or corner fillers also allow for the assembly of several ShowCaves.

Controlled temperature for preservation or serving

Equipped with one temperature zone, the ShowCave benefits from electronic regulation from 6 °C to 20 °C, a digital display, and a forced-air cooling system with compressor. It can therefore be used as a preservation cabinet or as a serving cabinet for white or red wines. The EuroCave Professional Wine Bar 8.0 is designed to store and serve wines at their ideal temperature while preserving opened bottles thanks to individual vacuum pump heads. It can simultaneously accommodate 8 bottles in service and 6 bottles in reserve, for a total capacity of 14 bottles.

Two temperatures adapted to white and red wines

Its 2 independent compartments allow the temperature to be set from 6 to 15°C for white wines and from 12 to 18°C for red wines, with a global electronic regulation from 6 to 18°C. Each compartment can, however, accommodate white or red wines interchangeably. The temperatures of the two compartments are displayed inside the appliance.

Preserving each opened bottle individually

The individual vacuum pump heads preserve opened bottles, while an alert indicator signals any vacuum defect. Two trays accessible from the front collect excess condensation. The system operates without consumables, making it a particularly suitable solution for professional wine by the glass service.

Two temperature zones for wine service

The EuroCave Inspiration M 2-zone wine cabinet is a built-in and under-counter service cabinet designed to hold up to 51 bottles, i.e., 24 bottles of white wine and 27 bottles of red wine, depending on the standard configuration. Its two independently controlled temperature compartments allow for both white wine chilling and red wine chambrage within the same cabinet. The upper zone can be set from 6 to 11 °C, while the lower zone offers a range of 13 to 18 °C. The default set temperatures are 7 °C and 17 °C respectively.

Integration designed for the kitchen

The Inspiration collection was designed to integrate discreetly and elegantly into modern kitchens. This version is equipped with a reversible stainless steel glass door, with a soft-close mechanism and door stop. Its low-emissivity glazing incorporates argon gas between the two panes. A lock completes the assembly.

A configuration dedicated to service

The Wine Service configuration includes 4 sliding shelves with Sommelier's Hands, 2 half-shelves, and 1 wine service shelf. A fixed ABS divider shelf also creates a storage zone for 6 bottles. The lower compartment houses a vacuum seal head, allowing you to preserve an opened bottle. Removable bottle identification supports, an erasable marker, a microfiber cloth, and a keyring are also provided.

Precise control and ambient lighting

Electronic regulation allows for the display of the actual temperature inside the wine cabinet from a backlit LED touchscreen. Visual and audible alarms signal an open door, a probe or temperature fault, while visual alarms monitor the vacuum seal and carbon filters. Defrosting is automatic. Ambient lighting is based on a light guide and 4 LEDs, with three modes: permanent, when the door is opened, or deactivated. The screen display is amber.
