Alcohol-free Dry Gin (700ml) NOA - Monsieur Cocktail

Inspired by "compound gins", this alcohol-free dry gin is the result of a maceration of traditional aromatics such as juniper berry, lemon, coriander seed and star anise.

Lightly sweetened to promote maceration, texture and length in the mouth, this product breaks the codes to offer a complex, aromatic and expressive alcohol-free gin, perfect on its own or in a cocktail.

Tasting notes :
On the nose, a marked presence of juniper, resinous and peppery, accompanied by a dry note of coriander. On the palate, lemon, coriander, pepper and juniper berry harmonize in a subtly aniseed finish.
