Inspired by the famous Campari, this non-alcoholic Italian bitter with a vibrant red color respects the Italian aperitif tradition, combining orange, grapefruit, cinnamon, star anise and gentian.

Its fresh citrus base brings liveliness and freshness, while the bitter roots of gentian and quinine, supported by warm spices, offer a frank and complex bitterness, faithful to Italian classics.

Tasting notes :
The nose reveals sweet vegetal notes with a soft violet finish. On the palate, the bitterness is persistent, coating the palate, and reveals floral and sweet citrus nuances.
