Cola Maison is a syrup concentrate that is to be mixed with sparkling water. A bottle makes up to 25 drinks.
RECIPE
In a glass with ice cubes, add:
+ 3/4 oz of Cola Maison
+ 1 1/4 oz of your favorite rhum/rye/bourbon/whisky
+ 2 to 3 oz of neutral sparkling water
Stir gently and enjoy!

Our fresh raspberries are first frozen to help concentrate the juices. Then, the company Impress of Quebec presses them into a creamy puree which is mixed with lemon juice and sugar before filtering. We decided to keep some pulp in the syrup because even our memories are flavorless and preservative-free.
A very acidic roundness of raspberry coulis which develops jammy notes. On the finish, it feels like biting into the astringency of fresh raspberries.
