Wild Blueberry syrup and ginger cocktail
- 45 ml gin
- 30 ml Wild blueberry syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 4 slices of fresh ginger
- Sparkling water
In a shaker, muddle the ginger. Add all ingredients except for the sparkling water and shake with ice. Serve in an ice filled glass and add sparkling water. Garnish of fresh blueberries.
