The Panache tonic syrup is a concentrated tonic, handmade in small batches. It is produced by a slow and warm maceration, which fully enables the relase of the aromas from the spices, herbs, citrus zest as well as the bitterness from the chinchona tree bark. Cane sugar is then added to the mixture.
Straight bitterness supported by the complex flavors of spices, the brisk acidity of citrus and the freshness of cane sugar.

In an old-fashioned glass filled with ice, combine 1/2 oz of Panache tonic with 1 oz of your favorite spirit and 3 oz of sparkling water.
