Combining transition and innovation, this knife is characterized by its sand handle. The sand is extracted from the Mont St Michel bay and agglomerated with a resin. This unique patented process made in collaboration with Murs du Monde (http://www.mursdumonde.com ) represents a genuine first in the history of international cutlery. This sand is taken in very small quantities within the framework of a prefectural authorization, in heavily sanded areas and therefore without any impact on the environment.
