Sea buckthorn is a small boreal fruit with a bright orange color. It brings out the flavors of your favorite gin, and its acidity replaces citrus. The floral and bitter finally is brought by Labrador tea. It all reminds you that you Gin&Tonic is strongly rooted here in Quebec.
Use
The Quebec’s tonic syrup by Monsieur Cocktail will forever transform you Gin&Tonic. On ice, mix it with 1.5 oz gin, 1 oz tonic syrup and 2 oz sparkling water. You will get the taste of the province with every sip.
Ingredients: water, sugar, sea-buckthorn from Mont-Ferréol, cinchona tree bark, citrus, Labrador tea, citric acid, Madépices pink berries, spices.
