Cooking recommendations : Brilliant with fish and shellfish, replacing the final squeeze of citrus to deglaze or season. We love the herbaceous bitterness, which pushes forward rich and spicy cuisine.
In a Highball glass, with ice and grapefruit zest :
- 1.50 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Grapefruit juice
- 2 dash of Grapfruit & Hops bitters
- Prosecco or Sparkling water
