Bright and vibrant fresh grapefruit peel meets floral, herbaceous and bitter fresh Lillooet hops; soft South Asian peppercorns and bitter cinchona. Hop flowers are grown and harvested in BC.
Beverage recommendations : white spirits, Irish whisky & Scotch, vermouth, beer & cider, sparkling water & sparkling wines.
Cooking recommendations : Brilliant with fish and shellfish, replacing the final squeeze of citrus to deglaze or season. We love the herbaceous bitterness, which pushes forward rich and spicy cuisine.
Cocktail Recipe
JUNIPER SPRITZ
In a Highball glass, with ice and grapefruit zest :
- 1.50 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Grapefruit juice
- 2 dash of Grapfruit & Hops bitters
- Prosecco or Sparkling water
