RECIPES
Thaï trip
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz cucumber & tarragon syrup Les Charlatans
1 oz coconut water
5 dashes cardamom bitter (Fee brothers or Bob’s Bitters)
Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into a coupette and garnish with a slice of cucumber.
English Gardener
1 1/2 oz hendrick’s gin
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz cucumber & tarragon syrup Les Charlatans
1 egg white
2 twists black pepper
Shake all ingredients without ice, then shake with ice. Double strain into a coupette. Garnish with mint leaves and pepper.
