Ideal in warm cocktails, it will become your best buddy to get through the cold and harsh Quebec’s winters. 100% terroir, it is made of maple syrup, pure cranberry juice, cinnamon, clove and sweet grass. Beer : Will accompany stouts and white beers
Wine : Add it to red or white wine, or vermouth for the perfect mulled wine.
Sparkling : Winter’s Kir ? Bonhomme says yes!
Non-alcoholic : Perfect in hot water with a bit of orange juice or to spice up your tea.
Cooking : In a vinaigrette with spinach, for marinating pork or chicken, reduced with goat cheese, on top of ice cream, with oven-cooked Brie fondant… Everywhere!
