RECIPES (from Dillon’s)
1 1/2 oz Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22 (or other gin)
4 dashes Dillon’s Orange bitters
4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
Splash of Aperol
Slice of grapefruit for garnish & sugar to rim glass
Rim cocktail glass with sugar. In a cocktail shaker, combine Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22, fresh grapefruit juice, Aperol and bitters with ice. Shake and pour into rimmed glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and serve.
Blood orange Margarita
1 oz. Dillon’s The White Rye (or other rye)
1 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
3 dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters
1 oz. fresh squeezed blood orange juice (about 1 orange)
1 tbsp agave
In a mason jar or cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix Dillon’s The White Rye, pomegranate juice, lime juice, bitters, blood orange juice and agave together. Shake & strain into coupe glass or serve in rocks glass over a 2″ ice cube. Garnish with dehydrated blood orange wheel.
You can pre-batch this cocktail the night before a party and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
