Balsam Fir Mojito
- 30 ml Balsam Fir syrup
- 30 ml lime juice
- 50 ml dark rum
- 200 ml sparkling water
- Lime quarters
Mix syrup and lime juice in a shaker. Pour in an ice-filled glass, add rum, sparkling water, stir and serve. Garnish with lime.
