Shipping & Delivery

You placed an order or are about to place an order on our online store? Here are the details for the processing and shipping of your order:

SHIPPING IN CANADA

1. You will receive an antomated email confirming your order
2. Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days
3. You will receive an email confirming the shipping of your order (with a tracking number, if available)
4. Shipping delays vary between 2 to 5 days depending on your location

It is possible that one or some items in your order are not in stock. In that case, we will contact you by phone or email. If the delays are too long, or if the item is no longer available, you will be able to choose another item, or cancel the order for a full refund.

IN-STORE PICK UP – MONTREAL AND QUEBEC CITY

You can choose to pick up your online order in our Montreal location or at our Quebec City location (Vinum Grappa).

3. You will receive an email confirming that the order is available for pick up

CURBSIDE PICK-UP :

  1. An automatic email will confirm the reception of your order.
  2. Your order will be processed in 1- 2 business days.
  3. An order confirmation will be sent by email to let you know that your order is ready for curbside pick-up.

Once you have received your order confirmation you can go to our Montreal or Quebec boutique to pick up your order according to our schedule. You can park along the boutique and just need to call us to let us know that you arrived, and an employee will bring the order outside.

Standard shipping for Canada except remote locations (see below)

Order under 99 $ before taxes -> Standard 12.50$ +txs shipping fees
Order over 99 $ before taxes -> FREE SHIPPING*

* Does not apply to orders for wine cellars, wine cellar cooling units, wine racks or any other oversized items.

Shipping to the U.S. and International

Fees and delays for shipping to the U.S. and the rest of the world can vary and will be confirmed by phone or email.

Shipping of wine cellars – Montreal (Metropolitan) and Quebec City

Categories by weight (taxes not included) : 

0 to 34 kg (0 to 76 lbs) – Unpacking and positioning : 60 $

35 to 64 kg (77 to 142 lbs) – Unpacking and positioning : 85 $

65 kg or more (143 lbs or more) – Unpacking and positioning : 185 $

Remote and airstage locations

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping over 99$ or the standard 12,50$ for order under 99$ for remote or airstage locations. If you are from a remote or airstage location. You can place your order and we will evaluate your shipping cost. If you are not willing to pay the estimated shipping costs, we will reimburse you. Airstage Locations

Locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6+ months of the year. Click here for a full list of postal codes ineligible for free economy shipping or the standard fee.

Remote Locations

Northern regions and remote areas – a location that is far removed from major urban centres or that receives infrequent service. All remote areas are listed in Table 9 plus all regions with the postal codes starting with X or Y.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your can return your purchase 15 days after the reception, for an exchange or a store credit. Please contact us at 1-514-985-3200 or by email info@vinumdesign.com. After getting a confirmation, you can ship the order back to us at your cost, or return it to our store directly.

Shipping fees not be refunded. The items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Wine cellars, wine cooling units and food products cannot be returned.

If one or more products were damaged during transportation, please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email info@vinumdesign.com. After getting an authorization, le damaged product will be replaced at our cost except for orders outside Canada the damaged product will be reimburse. No replacements will be made without an authorization.
