Shipping & Delivery

You placed an order or are about to place an order on our online store? Here are the details for the processing and shipping of your order:

SHIPPING IN CANADA

1. You will receive an antomated email confirming your order
2. Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days
3. You will receive an email confirming the shipping of your order (with a tracking number, if available)
4. Shipping delays vary between 2 to 5 days depending on your location

It is possible that one or some items in your order are not in stock. In that case, we will contact you by phone or email. If the delays are too long, or if the item is no longer available, you will be able to choose another item, or cancel the order for a full refund.

IN-STORE PICK UP – MONTREAL AND QUEBEC CITY

You can choose to pick up your online order in our Montreal location or at our Quebec City location (Vinum Grappa).

Order under 99 $ -> Standard 12.50$+txs shipping fees
Order over 99 $ -> FREE SHIPPING*

* Does not apply to orders for wine cellars, wine cellar cooling units, wine racks or any other oversized items.

Shipping to the U.S. and International

Fees and delays for shipping to the U.S. and the rest of the world can vary and will be confirmed by phone or email.

Shipping of wine cellars – Montreal (Metropolitan) and Quebec City

Up to 60 bottles – Unpacking and positioning : 60 $
Over 61 bottles – Unpacking and positioning : 150 $

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your can return your purchase 15 days after the reception, for an exchange or a store credit. Please contact us at 1-514-985-3200 or by email info@vinumdesign.com. After getting a confirmation, you can ship the order back to us at your cost, or return it to our store directly.

Shipping fees not be refunded. The items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Wine cellars, wine cooling units and food products cannot be returned.

If one or more products were damaged during transportation, please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email info@vinumdesign.com. After getting an authorization, le damaged product will be replaced at our cost. No replacements will be made without an authorization.

Online orders: the work stoppage at Canada Post may cause additional shipping delays in affected regions.
