Wine cellar at Soubois restaurant

De la conception à l'aménagement

Project realized at Soubois, the terroir bistro, bar and nightclub in downtown Montreal.

The wine cellar in perfectly integrated to the unique design of the restaurant, creating the ambiance of a magical forest. The central module was custom-made to bring out the ceiling decors of the dining room. A smoke dispenser was even installed in the center, maximizing the mystical effect. The rest of the racking is made of torrefied poplar. The compressor is a Whisper Kool Extreme.

This cellar holds 1080 bottles, in a space of 875 cubic ft.

This project maximizes the storage capacity while integrating a singular design, as well as respecting a precise budget and delay for the opening of the restaurant.
