Maison Boulud (Ritz) Project

This project was carried out during the laying out of the famous Daniel Boulud’s restaurant: Maison Boulud, located in the Ritz-Carlton in Montreal.

The wine cellar is located at the entrance of the restaurant and is an important element of the decor. The walls are entirely made of glass and the bottle racks are made of stainless steel with an insertion of LED lights.

The cellar is about 30 feet wide.

Access to the bottles is given by 4 double-doors made of glass with a stainless steel frame. The air conditioning system is hidden in the cellar’s ceiling.
